Philly

So the photo department went on a field trip to Philly on Friday..

I don't have a whole lot to say on the day except that I saw two- really, really interesting things.

While sitting in a "Central Park" esk grassy area Brittany, Zack and myself stood on the top of some short brick stairs... warning people who were approaching them to watch out for the dying rat.

Oh yes! It was a disease-infested, slowly dying rat.

"Watch out."
Stranger: "What?"
"Watch out. Dying rat."
"Augh, God! Look at that thing!"

I text Sarah "Were watching a rat die"
"Ew. Why?"

It fell onto its side, I got bored and walked away.

Later- about two hours later, really, I came back to this same area where once again Brittany, Zack and myself- plus a few others- began to pass time watching a homeless and clearly insane man walk around the area yelling, talking to himself and being very..crazy.

After some time we move on, until "Is he? Guys! He's wacked off."

We all look over and fall quiet. His back is to us, and he's doing his business.

I text Sarah "Were watching a homeless guy jerk off"
"EW! Gross"
"It passes time"
"You are a weird girl"

interesting, one life dies on a philly side-walk, as another potential life was litterally wasted on a philly side-walk..
